Order Changes or Cancellations:
We are a home based family business and just like you, life goes on all around us. Depending on our schedule, we try to get our orders out within the first few business days that we receive them. If you've made a mistake on your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help you. Once your order is packed and on its way,
we won't be able to accept any changes or cancellations.
What Are My Payment Options?
Debit or Credit Card: We use Square Payments with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure that your online transaction and card information is safe and secure. We do NOT save debit or credit card information in our system.

Cash and Venmo: At live events, we offer cash payments and Venmo.

Orders are processed only after the payment is received.

What If a Product Arrives Damaged or Broken?
We try our best to pack our products carefully so that they are protected during the shipping process, however, once they leave our facility, it is impossible to know how they are handled.

What Carrier do you use for Shipping?
We prefer to ship by Priority Mail - US Postal Service. Although it may cost a little bit more, your items are insured and come with a tracking number and they are delivered faster, than regular mail

What are my shipping cost options?
Priority Mail costs are determined by the total weight of your package, automatically calculated at checkout in the cart.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We are a home based family business and just like you, life goes on all around us. Depending on our schedule, we try to get our orders out within the first few business days that we receive them.
Priority mail takes approximately 2 to 4 business days to arrive once shipped depending on your distance from Montana.
All that to say, we pack up and ship your order as soon as we can, then you will be waiting on the postal service, which is out of our control.

You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way with a tracking number..

Missing Item Policy
Although we check our orders before we ship, mistakes happen. If an item is missing, please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order.
